These terms apply to purchases made through this website. By placing an order, you agree to them. The company is AUREUM LTD, registered in England and Wales.

Products and pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (pounds sterling). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed. Prices may be updated from time to time; the price at time of order confirmation is the price that applies to that order.

Ordering and payment

An order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at any stage before despatch — in which case you will be refunded in full. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store your card details.

Delivery

We aim to despatch promptly following order confirmation. Delivery timeframes and customs duties are set out in our Delivery page. Title in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns and refunds

Our full returns policy is set out on the Returns page. Devices returned with the security seal intact within 14 days of delivery are refunded in full. Opened devices are reviewed case by case by our concierge. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Guarantee

Each Aureum device carries a one-year guarantee against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. The lithium battery is covered for six months. This guarantee does not cover physical damage, water damage, or use contrary to the instructions supplied. It does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Safe use

The device is designed for cosmetic LED use at home and should be used only as directed. Safety guidance is published on the Science page. We accept no liability for harm arising from use contrary to the supplied instructions.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including copy, imagery, design, and brand assets — is the property of AUREUM LTD. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any part of it without our prior written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for the relevant device. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
