Aureum London (AUREUM LTD, registered in England and Wales) takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it. It applies to data collected via this website and was last reviewed in May 2026.

What we collect

When you place an order, we collect the information necessary to process and deliver it: your name, delivery address, email address, and phone number. We do not store payment card details — these are handled entirely by our payment processor.

If you write to us by email, we retain that correspondence for the purpose of responding and keeping a record of the exchange.

Payment processing

Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider operating under its own privacy policy and security certification. Your card credentials are not seen or stored by Aureum.

How we use your data

We use your personal data to fulfil and deliver your order, communicate with you about that order, and respond to any concierge enquiries you send us. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Cookies

This website uses cookies necessary for the site to function — for example, maintaining the contents of your bag between pages. We do not currently use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. You may also request that we restrict or stop processing your data in certain circumstances. To exercise any of these rights, write to concierge@myaureum.com.

If you are dissatisfied with how we handle your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Retention

We retain order records for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law. Email correspondence is retained for as long as it is relevant to your relationship with us. You may request deletion of any data we are not legally required to hold.
