Each Aureum device is checked before despatch. Delivery is complimentary on all orders, worldwide.
Despatch
Each order is prepared with care and despatched within 1–3 working days of confirmation. You will receive a tracking reference by email the moment your parcel is on its way.
Transit
Delivery times vary by destination. As a guide:

- European Union · 7–12 working days
- United States · 5–8 working days
- Canada · typically 7–10 working days

Packaging
Your device is carefully packed within a protective outer box. A signature may be required on delivery.
Customs and duties
All customs duties and import taxes are included in your order total. There are no additional charges upon delivery, and you won't need to pay anything extra to the courier or customs authority.
