Each Aureum device is checked before despatch. Delivery is complimentary on all orders, worldwide.
Despatch
Each order is prepared with care and despatched within 1–3 working days of confirmation. You will receive a tracking reference by email the moment your parcel is on its way.
Transit
Delivery times vary by destination. As a guide:

- European Union · 7–12 working days
- United States · 5–8 working days
- Canada · typically 7–10 working days
- Rest of world · typically 7–14 working days

Packaging
Your device is carefully packed within a protective outer box. A signature may be required on delivery.

Customs duties or local import taxes may apply depending on your country of delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total. We are not able to predict or control these charges; we recommend checking with your local customs authority if you are uncertain.
