Returns
Every Aureum device carries a one-year guarantee. The mask is a personal-care device — once opened, returns are accepted only for manufacturing fault. Unopened devices may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Each device is checked before it leaves.
14-day return on unopened devices
If you change your mind, contact our concierge within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a complimentary return for any unopened device within the United Kingdom. The full purchase price is returned to your original payment method within five working days of the device being received.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used devices cannot be accepted for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect returns for manufacturing fault, which are covered separately by the guarantee below.
International returns: customers outside the United Kingdom are responsible for return shipping. The full purchase price is refunded once the device is received in unopened condition.
One-year guarantee
Every Aureum device is covered for one year from the date of delivery. The guarantee covers manufacturing defects, faults in the LED panel, and faults in the charging dock.
The guarantee does not cover physical damage, water damage, or any modification or attempted repair carried out outside the House. The lithium battery is covered for six months from delivery, in line with industry standard for personal-care electronics.
If your device develops a fault, write to concierge@myaureum.com with your order reference and a brief description. The concierge responds within one working day. A complimentary replacement is arranged within twenty-one working days of the faulty device being received.
The guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
